The Indiana Gold Star Families Memorial Monument will commemorate the valor and sacrifice of all Hoosier service members of our nation’s conflicts and their families left behind. It will honor and represent Hoosiers who died as a result of their service to our country from all war periods, current and past.
The site and the memorial design have been approved by the Indiana War Memorial Commission and State of Indiana. The $150,000 memorial will be built when all private (this project is not state funded) donations and funding is in place. WE NEED YOUR HELP!
The Indiana Gold Star Families Memorial Monument is part of the Hershel Woody Williams Medal of Honor Foundation – HMWMOHF.org – with a mission to build a tribute memorial to the sacrifices of families in every community across the United States. As of June 2019, many communities have stepped-up:
